Lovefest 2008

This past Saturday, my ward put on a big party affectionately called Lovefest. It was basically our recreation of Woodstock. There was live music, games, a big banner on which we could draw peaceful things, and a lot of single LDS people dressed sort of like hippies. Here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure:Left to right: Jarom and me ecstatic about our recent win on the magic carpet ride game, Emily and Jeff so sad about their recent lose to us on the magic carpet ride game. The magic carpet ride game consisted of two blankets. Jarom pulled me on one and Jeff pulled Emily on the other. We had to go back and forth across the gym. Despite Emily's attempt to defeat us by grabbing my shirt and holding us back, Jarom and I still dominated!
Left to right: Me, Kat, Zach, Kenny, and Wendy. We are all happy to be there, as you can see, although Zach is clearly the happiest. Wendy was clearly the best at capturing a more hippie attitude however.Kat and I, up close and personal.

She's alive! As much as I love Powell, I tired of looking at that post so I stopped checking back. I decided to give it another try today, I was pleasantly suprised. You do still have the wrong address for my (well really Jen's) blog.
